Laminated menus are printed on 300gms white artboard and laminated in 75micron gloss or matt both sides. We have tested this card and found it to be perfect for thickness and foldability. All card is "A" grade stock and is fully FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified which means when you order from us you can be certain you are not harming the earth's resources.
Laminated table menus use a heat seal .75micron plastic laminate. This can be either gloss or matt finish and is applied to both sides of the menus. Laminating these table menus will seal the surface with a plastic film and make them more durable and easier to wipe clean in areas where hygiene is important.
This is a process where the edges are over laminated and sealed. The menus have a clear 5mm extra laminate which makes the menus fully waterproof and more durable. We use a 1.25microm laminate for this process which makes the menus more sturdy, this is not suitable for 3-fold menus designs.
