eColourPrint provides an instant 30 day credit for all public sector organisations. Any bona fide Government Funded Bodies can take advantage of an instant 30 day credit account. There is no minimum order value to open an account.
Credit accounts are available to:

30 day credit accounts
Placing an order could not be easier, simply email or contact us and one of our experienced sales team members will do the rest. Your organisation will be able to directly order all your requirements, using an official order number, without any advance payments. No credit or debit card payments required
Organisations find it difficult to pay by credit or debit cards, this is not a problem with our 30 day credit account. Simply send an official order with an order number, then once the order is complete and delivered we will send an invoice to the organisations accounts department. Also advance payments on account are available for organisations who wish to deposit funds to be used at a later date, this will be invoiced at the date of deposit.

Simple re-ordering
We keep full records of any previous orders. We can retrieve any previous order, along with all the required files for a re-print. You can speak to our sales team or just email your requirements.

We are a certified FCS registered company. FSC certification allows us to comply with many government departments environmental policies required from their suppliers.

What we need from you
We can supply all your printing requirements. Simply go online and choose the products you want to order. Then simply email us or phone and your account manager to start the ball rolling. If you cannot find the exact product, contact us and we can give you a bespoke quotation.

Purchase order
All orders will require an official order number from your organisation.

Artwork files
You can supply your own artwork files for us to use or one of our graphic designers can create any artwork for you.

Delivery address
Parcels can be sent to any single UK address free of charge. We can split an order and despatch to several UK addresses for an extra charge.
